| To be honest, when I was approached to stage my home, I thought it was unjustified. After all, I KNOW how to decorate. I didn't believe they could make a difference...just another way for someone to make money. As we were going through the process, I have to admit the list was overwhelming and I felt I would never get it all done. I also thought that some of the ideas tossed at me were just plain crazy. Then little by little I began to see their vision and came to trust their judgment. The Razmataz team looked like busy bees in a beehive.....they work very hard and make it all look so easy. Now we are living in a beautifully staged home and it is so much easier to clean and keep up with. The most valuable lesson I learned is....Less IS More! |

| We utilized Razmataz after thoughtful consideration of 3 competitors. Razmataz is superior in all aspects and to call this company a staging company is an understatement. They are design professionals. Marilyn Brady is exceptional. We had a very simple home with numerous obsolete design aspects. The buyers were confused by the floor plan and the finishes were subpar to the competition. After Razmataz designed this home to sell with painting and accessory additions we sold the home in 2 weeks at a higher price than anticipated, so the true cost of staging was realized in the higher selling price. Razmataz is invaluable especially in today’s’ harsh real estate market. |

I’m writing to thank you for the stellar work you did updating my landscaping in preparation for the sale of my home. The design was simple, elegant and economical. It was just what I needed to enhance the curb appeal of my home.
In particular, I want to commend the work of Trevor Brady. He took a personal interest in executing the plan, attending to details, ensuring the outcomes were the best possible.
Trevor planted winter rye grass, directed me how often to water to ensure its rapid growth, and applied a supplementary seeding to ensure rich growth. He skillfully trimmed a large bush-like tree at the corner of my garage to lower the line to the roof line. He trimmed the huge live oak in the center of the front lawn--at considerable savings from the quote of the tree contractor. He sculpted all ornamental plantings to maximum effect.
Trevor addressed a recurring problem with drainage from the down pipe at the corner of the house near the walkway. He redesigned the pipe fittings to direct the water away from the walk and onto an area that could easily absorb the water.
Trevor also enhanced the irrigation system, changing out fixtures, adjusting the height of sprays to reach places that weren’t getting watered, and designing alternative ways to reach plantings.
Beyond the initial work, Trevor returned at request to trim all crepe myrtles on my property and cleaned gutters.
In all the work Trevor did, he demonstrated competence, personal investment in outcomes. He showed up as scheduled, finished work in a reasonable time. In general, he was a delight to have around and I was grateful for his help. I’d be happy to recommend his services and yours to anyone who asked.
